You can appoint me as your personal therapist ..just kidding BRO!!!😁..I am not that Velli jitni dikhti hu..πŸ˜†.ohh ohhh bhatakte nahi hai topic se..So what we were talking about staying strong right!!!You know ,you guys are too strong..ese motivation ko kabhi bhi marne mat do...

Do you know Its okay to be ALONE because yaha koi kisika nahi hai...Qki jana to tumhe akele hi hai na!!!!Akela rehna logo ko bhale negative vibe de apko leke, but it would be gonna be as a positive vibe for you only...aakhir me sirf aap apne liye reh jate hai..koi nahi bachta apke liye!!!But its not even a problem at all...😐

Yeah!!!I am not denying the fact that social interaction is not necessary but to be alone is necessary too,because everytime it is not necessary to be among others...people correlates the situation of being alone with loneliness.. It is too much important to understand that there is a huge difference between alone and loneliness....being alone is a positive state of mind where you can analyze youself and improve yourself...And loneliness is a negative state of mind..

Its alright to be ALONE..and it is totally fine to let your tears out because it gives a relief which is totally a self-worth and emotional release.

A moment of crying takes us back to that condition what may be wrong!!!Pent up emotions and holding up to emotional baggage can severly impact mental health..

"AND  NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR MENTAL HEALTH"

SO IT IS OKAY TO LET YOUR TEARS OUT AND STAY STRONG!!!!!!
